
Job description
As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for improving the quality of engineering practices within a team, mentoring and growing other software engineers, and contributing to product development. You will work across teams to identify cross-team improvements and foster a culture of observability and monitoring.
You will advocate for great quality, tackle difficult system issues, and lead in fostering a culture of observability and monitoring. You will also work across teams to build a culture for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
You will be a technical and prioritization leader, pushing boundaries and exploring gaps in understanding. You will be a go-to person within the team and the wider organization, and you will be proactive and require minimal supervision or mentoring.
