Systems Engineering Manager

Role Overview

Lead a team of systems engineers to maintain plant systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and effectiveness. Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Design, and Construction teams to support system performance and troubleshoot issues.

What You Will Do

Build, lead, and mentor a team of systems engineers, provide technical oversight, and support startup and testing of new equipment. Act on behalf of design authority and provide leadership with clear insights into system health and performance trends.

Must have a strong understanding of system design, configuration control, and engineering fundamentals. 4+ years of nuclear experience and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical sciences, or equivalent technical experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical sciences, or equivalent technical experience
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience supporting plant operations, maintenance, or system engineering functions
• Strong understanding of system design, configuration control, and engineering fundamentals
• 4+ years of nuclear experience
• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a ‘Q’ level security clearance
