Client Transitions Analyst

Role Overview

The Client Transitions Analyst is a member of the APAC Client Operations team, supporting the execution of client transition events. The role involves cross-functional coordination and communication to ensure transition events are executed accurately, on time, and in line with the firm's risk framework.

What You Will Do

Support the end-to-end operational lifecycle of client and portfolio accounts, including account openings, restructurings, closures, and ongoing maintenance. Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of account opening and transition documentation.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Working knowledge of investment management operations and custodian bank processes
• Experience in investment operations, including custody and accounting/recordkeeping
• Solid understanding of capital markets operations, foreign exchange transactions, and their impact on recordkeeping and client portfolios
• Knowledge of local regulatory regimes and associated operational and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner effectively across functions and regions
