Equity Research Analyst, Small and Micro-Cap

Role Overview

Join an established equity portfolio management team managing U.S. Small and Micro-cap strategies. Conduct proprietary bottom-up research, leverage advanced data science and artificial intelligence techniques, and partner closely with the Portfolio Management team to generate differentiated, alpha-generating ideas.

What You Will Do

Generate long-term investment ideas, conduct proprietary bottom-up research, build and maintain detailed multi-year financial models, and recommend new securities.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant buy-side experience
• Investing in U.S. small/SMID and/or micro-cap equities
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly and persuasively
• Cutting-edge knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and modern AI systems
• Experience applying AI, NLP, or machine learning techniques to real-world problems
