Job description
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Force.com platform to serve as a senior, hands-on technical leader with architectural ownership for Salesforce solutions at Wellington Management. This role sits within Wellington’s Client Platform Technology group, which is responsible for building and evolving platforms that support client engagement and distribution capabilities across the firm.
Provide architectural ownership for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com–based applications supporting client and distribution functions. Collaborate with other lead architects to ensure Salesforce designs align with Wellington’s broader enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and long-term platform strategy.
This role requires 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including substantial experience designing and delivering solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Force.com platform. Proven experience operating as a lead-level individual contributor, with responsibility for architectural decisions and technical direction.
