5+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proven ability to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction

At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related role, residence in or around Munich, enjoyment of outbound sales, hunter mentality, and interest in people and organizations

Experience in Revenue Operations, customer lifecycle knowledge, and strong data analysis skills are required

Analytical thinker with strong technical skills and experience with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, orchestration tools, and cloud-based AI/ML development

Several years of experience in B2B sales, residence in or around Munich, and fluency in German and English language skills are required

2-5 years of experience in IT administration, strong knowledge of networking technologies, and experience working with cloud environments

3+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or a related customer-facing role in SaaS
