
Job description
This is a fully remote role that oversees client relations and support efforts, leading a team of Account Managers and Virtual Assistants to deliver high-quality client support. The Team Lead will provide ongoing feedback, performance management, and professional development for team members.
Responsibilities include executing, efficiency, and scalability, overseeing client relations, leading and developing a team, providing feedback and performance management, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in people management and client relationship management, with a strong ability to organize and prioritize work, adapt systems and tools, and possess business acumen.
