Delivery Lead

Role Overview

Egen is looking for a Delivery Lead to join our growing Service Delivery team. As a Delivery Lead, you'll play a critical part in all aspects of project delivery, from planning to sales through execution and closure. You'll assume a critical player-coach role in our clients' projects and product delivery, leveraging your product management expertise and understanding to demonstrate good product owner and product management behavior and practice.

What You Will Do

Partner with customers, build relationships, and manage communication with stakeholders. Coach customer and partner teams in agile or execution improvements. Prepare and manage project plans, communicate plans to internal and external stakeholders, and moderate and lead meetings. Manage the day-to-day project, scope, and change requests, and identify and manage risks, issues, and asks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale and complex projects
• Experience managing project teams of various sizes, locations, and skill sets/levels
• Recommended experience in professional Service or client delivery
• Experience with team/employee career management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a technology-related field
• Experience working with product companies, working both in the weeds and strategically
• Experience in product management and project management
• Trained in project management and agile disciplines
