Requirements
- Data exchange according to GPKE
- Creation of energy-economic bills
- Processing of supplier change processes and network use notifications
- Monitoring and checking of incoming complaints and inquiries from market partners
- Provision and completeness check of meter readings and load data
- Communication with market partners
- Business education or comparable qualification
- First experiences in the energy industry (advantageous)
- IT affinity and safe handling of common MS-Office products
- Team and communication skills
- Careful, structured, and analytical way of working
- Responsibility and high quality and service orientation
