
Job description
Support the smooth running of the transport operation through accurate administration, delivery bookings, and customer communication. Manage delivery bookings, process delivery documentation, and ensure customer systems are updated accurately and on time.
Accurately book deliveries, update delivery information, monitor vehicle tracking, prepare driver paperwork packs, respond to customer queries, and process delivery paperwork.
Strong attention to detail, good IT skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive and reliable approach to work.
