Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview

Review tender design drawings, specifications, BOQ, and provide quantity take-off. Coordinate with staff to meet tender deadlines and project requirements. Comprehend local authority requirements and international standards.

What You Will Do

Take off quantities from tender drawings, prepare project-specific bill of quantities, follow up with quotations from suppliers, evaluate supplier quotations, and prepare interim and final claims.

Ability to work under pressure, knowledge of measurement methods (POMI), and experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Fitout industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or a related field
• Computer skills – MS Office, PlanSwift, and Auto CAD
• Minimum experience – 3 – 7 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the Fitout industry
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Knowledge of measurement methods (POMI)
