
Job description
Manage site offices, documents, and logs for ASCC and consultants. Ensure timely submission of documents and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate submittals, arrange NOCs, prepare weekly progress reports, and manage petty cash. Handle administrative tasks, including timesheets, records, and filing.
Ideal candidate has experience in managing project documents, is detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
