• Collecting, analyzing, and challenging business needs
• Participating in functional design and solution evolution
• Parameterizing and optimizing Dynamics 365 Cloud modules
• Contributing to light development / pro-code when necessary
• Ensuring coordination between business and technical teams
• Participating in testing, certification, and change management phases
