Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary source of contact for patients at CentroMed clinic, welcoming patients, and ensuring they have positive experiences. The CSR is responsible for registration, processing, and data entry to meet program and agency deadlines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• General experience working in a healthcare setting
• Experience with medical data entry preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• Strong clerical skills, keyboarding, and basic math
