Job Description
We are searching for our next SUPER STAR! As the Senior Customer Service Representative you will serve as the primary source of contact for patients at CentroMed clinics and as such is responsible for welcoming patients into the system and ensuring they have positive experiences.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; one year of college or Medical Assistant certification preferred.
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience working in a health care setting.
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
