Job Description
We are seeking a Seasonal Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Eldorado Resort in Kelowna, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, staff training, and ensuring exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high volume, fast-paced hospitality environment
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business or Hospitality an asset
- Experience with Squirrel and OpenTable considered an asset
- WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or comparable considered an asset
- Valid Serving It Right certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
