
Job description
The Mine Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of miners at the Lamaque mine. The role involves ensuring the safe execution of mining operations, supervising and training employees, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
The Mine Supervisor will be responsible for animating morning meetings, transmitting directives to team members, conducting inspections, and recording work results in the SIMS software.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the mining sector, a DEP in mineral extraction or a DEC in mineral technology, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in supervision.
