Audio Visual Lead Technician

The Audio Visual Lead Technician is responsible for leading an AV project crew, adhering to safety guidelines, and ensuring project completion within budget.

Requirements

• Be self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
• Minimum of 5 years of AV installation experience
• Ability to read and implement construction and signal flow drawings
• High standards of workmanship on cabling, lacing, soldering, and crimping
• Ability to test completed systems fully for both engineering specifications and operational functionality
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues as they arise
• Network cabling is a plus
• CTS certifications are a plus
• Familiar with Extron, Crestron, AMX, and Audio DSP Systems, manufacturer’s certifications are a plus
