Facilities Manager

Electric Hydrogen is seeking a Facilities Manager to support the operations of its facility in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and 3+ years of experience building and managing teams.

Requirements

• Ensure manufacturing equipment installation requirements are present before installation
• Manage preventive maintenance for buildings, labs, and equipment
• Establish new lab, shop, and test capabilities
• Perform root cause evaluation for underperforming critical systems
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and negotiate services and products
• Perform CMMS planned and unplanned work order management
• Participate as a member of the Safety Committee
• Procure materials specific to the job
• Support shipping and receiving where needed
• Manage a team of facilities technicians
• Develop relationship with building owner's representatives and the local AHJs
