Electric Hydrogen is seeking a Facilities Manager to support the operations of its facility in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and 3+ years of experience building and managing teams.
Requirements
- Ensure manufacturing equipment installation requirements are present before installation
- Manage preventive maintenance for buildings, labs, and equipment
- Establish new lab, shop, and test capabilities
- Perform root cause evaluation for underperforming critical systems
- Coordinate with multiple vendors and negotiate services and products
- Perform CMMS planned and unplanned work order management
- Participate as a member of the Safety Committee
- Procure materials specific to the job
- Support shipping and receiving where needed
- Manage a team of facilities technicians
- Develop relationship with building owner's representatives and the local AHJs
