2nd shift Expeditor

Responsible for procurement with planning and control of manufacturing processes to ensure materials are available and production schedules are met for Production. Manages the Production supply items, purchasing activities, and provides resource analysis and detailed manufacturing schedules and production plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, or similar; or equivalent work experience.
• Three to Five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP Materials and Planning experience preferred.
• Demonstrated strength in initiative, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to communicate with persons at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to respond to changing priorities required.
• Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Relationship building and management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (focus on Excel), proficiency preferred.
