Distribution Design Manager / Senior Manager

Role Overview

We are designing the grid of the future! The Distribution Design Manager/Senior Manager will develop, grow and provide overall leadership and management for EPE’s Distribution Design department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design of distribution systems for our utility clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, particularly in utility distribution systems, along with proven leadership abilities to oversee a team of designers and engineers.

What You Will Do

Direct multiple design teams simultaneously executing various projects and programs for multiple clients, develop a team of engineers, supervise staff, participate in the leadership team, create responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and drive the quality control process.

Bring your passion, 7 to 10+ years experience working in Distribution Design, prior hands on experience performing distribution designs, understanding of NESC, GO95 and NEC standards, proficiency in CAD software, experience leveraging AI and automation tools, prior leadership experience, and a Professional Engineering License.
