Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant supporting the SVP of Enterprise FP&A & Tax, you will play a critical role in enabling the effectiveness of Finance leadership. You will operate at the center of key Finance activities—driving coordination, ensuring alignment, and anticipating needs across a complex and fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience supporting senior executives (VP/SVP level)
• Proven ability to support multiple leaders and manage competing priorities effectively
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
