Job description
The Data & Insights (D&I) team harnesses the power of data to deliver transformative insights and solutions to EA game teams and players. The team is involved in every aspect of data, driving strategy and governance; building powerful data and AI applications; and developing personalization, experimentation, and analytics tools, and more.
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design and implementation of scalable, high-throughput live service platform components that power multiple EA game studios. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline and evolve the live services workflow.
Required skills include strong expertise in software design principles, algorithms, and data structures, as well as experience leading high-performing engineering teams and collaborating across product, engineering, legal, and business teams.
