
Job description
Service Engineers will troubleshoot, repair equipment, and provide customer support for ETC's visual environment technologies. The role requires experience in theatrical or lighting, ability to work independently, and fluency in multiple languages. The position is a field position that requires work outside of an ETC office, occasional evening and weekend work, and the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and electronic measuring devices.
Repair faulty equipment, generate service notifications, inform customers of repair status, and perform end-user and technician training. The Service Engineer will also provide 24-hour customer support, respond to technical questions, and identify issues to address them.
This position is suitable for individuals with a strong background in electrical engineering, experience in entertainment lighting, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The role offers a unique work environment, great benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
