Requirements
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision makers and influencers
- Gather and analyze market and industry intelligence to determine customer needs
- Deliver business development related presentations and negotiate with nominated accounts
- Provide positive leadership and representation of Element to the public, customers, and employees
- Prepare reports and presentations showing sales volume and proposed client base expansion
- Actively utilize CRM to record activities and ensure contact details are accurate
- Actively participate in regular pipeline reviews and ensure all CRM records are up to date
- Ensure compliance with all Element policies and applicable laws
