Sales Director

Element is seeking a Sales Director to lead and coach a sales team to drive profitable growth, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve booking objectives. The role involves managing a sales team, quotation management team, and prioritizing resources to maximize bookings on all customer segments.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of sales management experience
• Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Responsible for a minimum 8-digit order intake budget
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer quotes / contracts
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and proportions
• Ability to solve practical customer problems
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel)
