Job Description
Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions is hiring an experienced Illinois-licensed spray technician for a 4-day work week position. The job includes applying fertilizer, weed control, and pesticide treatments safely and efficiently, running a daily route independently, and communicating clearly with customers.
Requirements
- Illinois Pesticide Applicator License
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Able to read/write and communicate in English
- Reliable transportation to/from the shop
- Ability to work outdoors in heat/cold and lift 50 lbs regularly
