Job Description
We are seeking a Site Manager for our new testing operation in TrollhÀttan, Sweden. The role involves developing technical operations and teams towards set goals with a focus on quality, delivery, job satisfaction, and safety.
Requirements
- Technical education background
- Production-based leadership experience
- Competence in additive manufacturing and/or mechanical testing
- Experience of driving continuous improvements, for example according to Lean
- Experience of working according to ISO/IEC 17025
- Good computer skills, familiar with working in business systems and proficient in Swedish and English
