Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Manager for our new testing operation in Trollhättan, Sweden. The role involves developing technical operations and teams towards set goals with a focus on quality, delivery, job satisfaction, and safety.

Requirements

• Technical education background
• Production-based leadership experience
• Competence in additive manufacturing and/or mechanical testing
• Experience of driving continuous improvements, for example according to Lean
• Experience of working according to ISO/IEC 17025
• Good computer skills, familiar with working in business systems and proficient in Swedish and English
