HR Generalist

Role Overview

The HR Generalist will be responsible for handling HR-related administrative work for the Taloja Manufacturing site and Commercial Team in Vikhroli Office Mumbai. The goal is to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

What You Will Do

The HR Generalist will support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, assist with recruitment, create and implement effective onboarding plans, develop training and development programs, and support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in HR operations, hands-on experience in recruitment, training, and employee lifecycle, and knowledge of Workday. The candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and be flexible and adaptable.

Requirements

• MBA/BBA in HR / MSW with HR Specialization
• 3-4 Years in HR Operation (Mfg. & Sales)
• Hands on experience in Recruitment (Mfg. & Sales)
• Hands on experience in handling training operation
• Hands on Experience in handling Employee lifecycle.
• Workday operational knowledge
• Experience of Payroll preparation
