Program Manager - HealthStarts/SDOH

The Program Manager will be responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more multi-year external TennCare facing programs within a business unit. The role will manage the Social Determinants of Health/ Health Starts Program and support Population Health priorities.

Requirements

• BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program/project management
• Graduate degree preferred
• Project management certification preferred
• Medicaid Experience
• Experience working within a Provider group
• Experience working within a matrix environment and working with all functional areas
