Job description
The Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex technical initiatives across the organization. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance.
Oversee program planning and strategy to ensure alignment with company goals. Conduct business case analysis to evaluate strategic alignment and cost-effectiveness. Manage program deliverables to meet schedule, scope, and budget requirements.
Ten (10) years of experience in project management or related experience. Experience with project management tools including Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, REST APIs, Tableau, and AWS services. Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, AI/ML solutions, and application development.
