Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify new elevator maintenance customer prospects, qualify them, and secure multi-year elevator service contracts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of elevator service sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlooks, Word, Excel)
• Excellent and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize and meet the day-to-day demands
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
