Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate must be capable of identifying and qualifying new customer prospects, and successfully developing relationships to increase the overall customer portfolio. The role involves aggressively cultivating the service market, responding to bid invitations, reviewing bid specifications, and negotiating contract awards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlooks, Word, Excel)
• Excellent and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize and meet the day-to-day demands
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
