Job description

About the role

Perform complex maintenance, servicing, repair and troubleshooting of elevators and other related machinery and equipment.

Requirements

Investigate and repair problems with elevators, dumbwaiters, and wheelchair lifts
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on a scheduled basis
Perform annual tests to ensure proper operation of safety devices
Assist in determining suitability of elevator equipment and modifications
