Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team, educating patients on their treatment plan and managing a productive schedule. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products and dental software.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred
