Requirements
- Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale video advertising campaigns across Connected TV (CTV), OTT, Programmatic Video, and YouTube
- Own campaign performance end-to-end, including pacing, spend efficiency, ROI, and optimization decisions
- Analyze video creative performance, audience targeting, and placements to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with creative teams to guide video messaging, testing, and iteration
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make confident, independent optimization decisions
- Assist with attribution, conversion tracking, reporting, and performance insights for leadership
