Performance Analyst

We're seeking a Performance Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize KPIs that drive our success. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership to ensure we're exceeding targets.

Requirements

• Monitor organizational performance trends and flag anomalies
• Analyze operational, financial, and strategic data to measure performance and uncover insights
• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, scorecards, and KPI trackers
• Use AI tools to summarize trends, write reports, and streamline workflows
• Partner with stakeholders to identify underperforming areas and actionable improvements
• Deliver clear, concise reporting to leadership
• Build and refine KPI frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Conduct ad hoc deep dives to support high-stakes strategic decisions
