Job Description
We're seeking a Performance Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize KPIs that drive our success. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership to ensure we're exceeding targets.
Requirements
- Monitor organizational performance trends and flag anomalies
- Analyze operational, financial, and strategic data to measure performance and uncover insights
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, scorecards, and KPI trackers
- Use AI tools to summarize trends, write reports, and streamline workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to identify underperforming areas and actionable improvements
- Deliver clear, concise reporting to leadership
- Build and refine KPI frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct ad hoc deep dives to support high-stakes strategic decisions
