Requirements

Assist counselors in leading games, sports, arts and crafts, and other camp activities
Help plan and set up engaging, age-appropriate experiences that promote creativity and teamwork
Monitor campers and ensure a safe and positive experience for all
Encourage and support campers in building confidence and friendships
Assist with setup and cleanup of camp spaces and materials
Communicate observations and feedback to counselors and staff
Be a positive role model, demonstrating teamwork and professionalism
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children
Must be at least 16 years old
Experience in camp, educational, or recreational settings is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
CPR and First Aid certification (training available onsite)
Ability to pass a background check (required)
