Process Engineer

Role Overview

The Process Engineer's primary goals are to improve on-time delivery, reduce costs, and maintain high quality and safety standards. The PE works in a hands-on manner to evaluate and then refine and optimize existing manufacturing processes.

What You Will Do

Perform root cause analysis, utilize Engineering and Lean tools to test and validate improvements, and implement process controls to maintain improvements. Support New Product Integration by providing expertise and performing tests.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The Process Engineer will lead New Process and Process Improvement projects, perform qualification tests, and create process controls and SOPs. Provide manufacturing process expertise for New Product Integration and develop process control parameters.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Systems) or related with 8+ years related experience or Masters in Engineering and 2+ years related experience
• Previous Time Study or Work Measurement Standards development experience
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with emphasis on teamwork
• Ability to understand, communicate, and create technical manufacturing documentation
• Strong analytical, research, and related skills
• Solid project & time management skills
• Required experience with good documentation practices and cGMP standards
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to manage priorities, deliverables, and schedule
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
