Job Description
A top tier Quant Trading firm is looking for a Windows Infrastructure Engineer to join its Platform Engineering team. The role involves designing and maintaining the firm's operating systems, authentication systems, databases, and core network services.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or comparable work experience
- Significant Windows software development and systems automation experience
- In-depth understanding of the Windows platform and related technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with various tracing tools
- Experience with common Windows Server applications and management tools
- Working knowledge of network protocols, Linux, and information security concepts
- Experience integrating systems across on-premises and cloud-based environments
- Experience working with containers on Windows and Linux
