Requirements
- Currently enrolled students and working towards a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Management, Organization Psychology, Total Rewards, or related field.
- Proficiency in data processing, ability to interpret data and generate insight.
- Excellent organization and time management skills,
- Able to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented with strong commitment to accuracy and precision in work output.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Logical thinker with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively.
- Highly motivated, confident, self-directing and willing to learn new skills quickly.
- Project management experience or related training is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint - primary programs). Adobe acrobat is a plus.
