Swim Lesson Instructor - Outdoor Pools

We are now hiring SWIM LESSON INSTRUCTORS at our Outdoor Pools during the Summer 2026 season! We will train you!

Requirements

• Teach participants appropriate skills outlined by the Starfish Aquatics Program.
• Evaluate participant skill level and record appropriate level; communicate with participants and their parents on progress.
• Prepare and complete necessary paperwork for each session.
• Ensure that all Health Department and Starfish Standards are met.
• Enforce Park District rules and safety practices.
