Join our Belgian Business Applications team as a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Architect, designing, implementing, and managing Customer Engagement solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
Design, implement, and manage Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring they operate in a robust, scalable, and easy to maintain manner. Contribute to requirements gathering, solution architecture, and presales activities.
This role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) platform configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment. You will work with clients, understanding their technology needs and providing tailored solutions of quality.
