
Job description
Join our team as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect to design, evolve, and optimize CRM solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work with enterprise clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to transform complex requirements into scalable, performant, and value-driven solutions.
Lead architectural design and evolution of solutions, evaluate and optimize performance, stability, and scalability of CRM solutions, conduct technical and business workshops, and ensure the quality of the solution throughout the project lifecycle.
You will be part of our Talent Community CRM & Power Platform, operating in international and high-complexity contexts, contributing to the modernization of Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Customer Experience processes.
