
Job description
As a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, you are responsible for the overall technical and functional architecture of complex CRM solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures and ensure that these meet the strategic goals of the customer as well as the platform and architecture standards.
Design and development of comprehensive solution architectures based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, analysis of functional and technical requirements, and derivation of well-founded architecture and design decisions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, very good understanding of CRM business processes and enterprise architectures, experience with integration and data architectures, and safe handling of ALM, governance, and quality concepts.
