
Job description
As a Customer Engagement Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions, working closely with stakeholders to define solution architecture and drive digital transformation strategies.
Lead solution architecture design, work with clients and technical teams to define solution roadmaps and architecture blueprints, design complex integrations, oversee technical delivery, and lead architecture governance.
This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and solution architecture best practices, with a focus on innovation, leadership, and delivering high-impact solutions.
