D365 Professional Services Solution Architect

Role Overview

Join our Belgian Business Applications team as a Dynamics 365 Professional Services Solution Architect. You will design, implement, and manage ERP and CRM solutions for clients in various industries. The team is focused on solutions supporting workloads in Finance, Project management and accounting, Project Operations, Supply chain management, and CRM.

What You Will Do

As a Solution Architect, you will own the solution architecture, contribute to the technical architecture, lead requirements gathering, and contribute to successful delivery. You will also assist sales opportunity tracks and stay updated on Microsoft's latest innovations.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of demonstrable experience as a Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM consultant
• At least 3 years as a Solution Architect (or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of the professional services industries
• Strong skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, client needs, industry and technology trends
• Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French
