Data & AI Solutions Architect - Databricks

Role Overview

Join our Integrated Center of Excellence (ICOE) Data & AI team as a Senior Manager or Manager to help clients transform their business with the latest AI and data technologies. Leverage a client-centric approach to understand client challenges and opportunities to deliver solutions and services that make transformative change and deliver high value business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-based outcomes for senior business stakeholders, technology leaders, and internal sales teams.

Requirements

• Management Consulting and/or Systems Integration experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience architecting and delivering end-to-end data solutions using Databricks
• Hands-on experience with data pipeline design, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and real-time analytics
• Familiarity with governance tools, open data formats, and data mesh principles
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills
• Experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships with technology vendors
• Ability to develop reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and accelerators
• Comfortable leading technical teams and mentoring junior staff
