Job description
We are seeking a Manager, Data Engineering to provide Microsoft-based data platform solutions for our customers' core IT systems and outsourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building systems, as well as providing consulting services on data platform solutions.
Design and build data platforms such as Data Warehouse/Data Mart/Data Lake, ETL/ELT pipelines or data streams, and use various data manipulation languages such as SQL/Python. Promote Avanade's business in the data platform area, propose solutions to customers' challenges using the latest products, manage multiple projects, and deliver stable results.
We welcome candidates with experience in Microsoft's latest data platform Fabric, cloud-based system construction, and experience using Microsoft Fabric or Azure data platform services. We also welcome candidates with experience in Agile/Scrum development, and experience using various data platform development tools.
