To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team an IT Support Officer. The role involves providing technical troubleshooting for user issues, supporting business-critical software, and handling software installation/upgrades/maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration of IT equipment.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or a related field degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN/WiFi networks)
- Good knowledge of computer hardware
- Technology literate with basic knowledge of office automation and remote support tools
- Experience in providing application support for business-related software and user-facing applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents
